School Event Confirmation Form

No deposit is required for school events. Payment by check on the day of the event is perfectly fine.

Event Requirements & Logistics

To ensure a smooth and successful event, please note the following:

• A minimum 8’ x 10’ performance space located directly on one edge of the dance floor or main performance area
• No tables or physical obstructions between the DJ console and the dance floor
• Access to one dedicated 120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area (standard 15A circuit preferred; please avoid sharing with high-draw appliances).
• Indoor setup is preferred unless otherwise arranged in advance
• Reasonable load-in access to the performance area

If any of the above presents a challenge, please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure the best possible experience for your event.
