THE FACTORY (LIVE BAND)

  • It all starts with a quick conversation to go over your event details.
    To officially reserve your date, a signed service agreement and retainer are required—once completed, your event is secured.

  • For weddings and most private events, yes. The retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due closer to the event. (Corporate and certain events may vary.)

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

  • We accept bank transfer (ACH), check, Venmo, and credit/debit cards.

  • Yes—credit/debit card payments include a 3% processing fee. If you plan to pay by card, just let us know and we’ll include that in your invoice ahead of time.

  • Yes—bank transfer (ACH), check, and Venmo are all fee-free options.

  • If paying via Venmo, please make sure “Purchase Protection” is turned OFF to avoid additional fees.
